This video won the top prize in the recent Youtube Democracy Video Challenge. It was made by Filipinos Aissa Peñafiel and Miguel Ocampo. Peñafiel is a Film student at UP Diliman and she was a student of my former classmate, now UP instructor, Libay Cantor.
